Career Progression -
During the Feeder Roles phase (post the training period), you'll step
into roles as an Engineer in different areas. You'll have personalized
development plans where you can identify your career goals. In your 2nd
feeder, you'll work more closely towards your career goals, with
projects that match your aspirations. You'll also receive targeted
trainings so that you move into your desired role, often as a Team Lead.
In your first year as a future leader, you’ll be a part of high impact projects after undergoing business and functional inductions. In addition to getting assigned a sponsor, guide, mentor and buddy you’ll be mentored by senior leaders of Varroc.
Career Progression -
Post training period, you’ll transition into high impact strategic roles
often as team leads. In this role, you’ll be given multiple
opportunities to drive high impact projects which will prepare you to be
a competency head in next 3-5 years.
