Ajay is a Production Engineering graduate with a post-graduation in Industrial Management from IISc Bengaluru. His journey in the engineering realm spans over two decades, encompassing Engineering, Design & Development, and Manufacturing across a vast array of materials and processes. Six years ago, he transitioned to academia, where he now passionately teaches Industrial Design.

His expertise lies in Material Selection, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Entrepreneurship, and Self-Development. He delves into Materials and Manufacturing Processes, Sustainability, Systems Thinking, Design Management, and Functional Design in the classroom.

His research pursuits focus on sustainability and waste management, product development, and entrepreneurship, driving innovative solutions for a better future.
