What is Design?

Design is a discipline, a process, a method, a way of thinking. Designers create. When prototypes are tested with users to garner their feedback, designers obtain insights on what works, what doesn’t and why; based upon which they reiterate and improve their solutions. This final design is then implemented via thorough planning, production, advertising and launch; post which designers again go out in the field to evaluate how well their product or service met the needs of the users. Further insights are gained and ideas fur further improvements are developed.
