Sonali is a graduate in Communication Design (specialisation- Graphic Design) from Symbiosis Institute of Design in Pune and Masters in Design from Nottingham Trent university, UK. She has over 10 years of professional experience, wherein she has worked with INFOSYS besides interning with Onio Design (Pune). She has been the recipient of 'Rewards and Recognition' award for 2 consecutive years at Infosys. Prior to this she has worked with local and international corporate organisations and demonstrated high end creativity and innovation in all the projects.

Sonali has handled corporate branding and communication related projects for clients such as Anglo American, Triumph International, SSP Group, Mondelez International.

Besides corporate experience, Sonali has been teaching as a visiting and full-time faculty at prestigious design institutions across the country. The courses that she teaches are Design Strategy, Design Research, Graphic Design, Art Direction, User experience design, Design thinking.

Her design research work spans around several dynamic and interdisciplinary areas. The primary focus areas are Human-Centered Design, Sustainable Design, Interaction Design, and Speculative Design.
