Ms. Rasika Bhoj is an Assistant Professor specializing in Fashion Design and Textiles with a strong background in academic and research pursuits currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Fashion and Human Psychology from Symbiosis International University, Pune. Her educational journey includes a Master's degree in Clothing and Textiles and a Bachelor's degree in Textiles Science and Apparel Design, along with various certifications in areas like Computer Aided Machine Embroidery and 3D printing technology.

With career-spanning positions such as Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Institute of Design, Faculty of Fashion Design at Times and Trends Academy, and roles in the industry as a Garment Merchandiser and Textile Designer, she brings a wealth of experience to her teaching and research. Her teaching areas include clothing, traditional textiles, crafts, design fundamentals, garment merchandising, and manufacturing, while her research interests range from sustainable, eco-friendly crafts, clothing and human psychology, AI in design, UX in fashion, revival and sustenance of traditional crafts to the effects of subcultures on social media.

She is actively involved in curriculum development and international workshops. As a dedicated professional, she continuously seeks to enhance her skills through faculty development programs and stay updated with industry trends. She takes pride in her achievements, including awards like "Best Adorned Collection" and professional recognitions like being a reviewer for esteemed journals. Her passion for teaching, research, and contributing to the field of fashion and textiles continues to drive her as she strives to make a significant impact on both her students and the industry.
