Sports Facilities

Regular sports activity is essential for physical, mental, psychological as well as social development. We believe that sports and games are an effective of channelizing student’s energy and enthusiasm. Symbiosis Institute of Design, Viman Nagar campus and girl’s hostels are well equipped with facilities of football ground, concreted basketball court, skating rink, volleyball court, throw ball court and ample table tennis positions along with modern gymnasium. The girl’s hostel is also supported with a badminton court and table tennis along with indoor games and facilities like chess and carrom etc. There is an active Sports Portfolio within the SID Student Council and the Sports heads organise various sporting competitions, coaching sessions and participation in institute and university level sporting events.
