Employee Volunteerism
The spirit of giving back to the community is nurtured by every individual at Bharat Forge Ltd.

At Bharat Forge Ltd., the intent to make a difference is embedded in every individual at every level.

Our unique inter-departmental CSR initiatives aim at giving back to the society with efforts taken across departments to serve the needs of the society in a structured way. Each department has selected a CSR project to which they dedicate one day a week to serve.

An external assessor evaluates each project, providing guidance and suggestions with necessary inputs. Participants are also awarded an appreciation letter from management. This is a voluntary commitment, and employees feel proud and satisfied as it provides them with a unique opportunity to work on various social issues.
