Spin Testing Machine for Turbo Charger

The Turbocharger compressors & turbines are tested at the application speed / over speed in the Spin Test Rig (in vacuum chamber). The Structural integrity and the vibration of the components are confirmed at the end of the production line. This rig can also carry out Low Cycle fatigue (LCF) testing and Burst testing till a maximum of 40,000 rpm.
