Prof. (Dr.) Manish Bhalla is an eminent academician, research scholar, and education administrator with over three decades of rich experience in leading premier universities across India. Currently serving as the Vice-Chancellor of D Y Patil International University (DYPIU), he brings a rare blend of academic rigour, strategic foresight, and institutional leadership.

Dr. Bhalla is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), UK, and holds memberships in globally respected academic bodies including the American Chemical Society (ACS), the New York Academy of Sciences, and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), UK. His work spans multidisciplinary areas with a focus on academic quality enhancement, research innovation, internationalization, and higher education policy implementation.
